hello All,
Is there a place at Alice that you can drive on with a truck? Meeting a friend from Saskatoon there on boxing day. What is the ice thickness?
Thanks in advance.

Not much snow at all as of last week. Lots of spots on the ice with no snow at all, just the odd small drift. Easy travelling yet

Can anyone advise what drive on access and accessibility to the Stone Barn area is like? I have not been out yet and would appreciate lake access and ice thickness info.
Thank-you in advance for any response!!

South of Etters is doable but I would feel better with some company. Caught 3 Walleye in u der 10 mins this morning smallest just undera 4 lbs biggest 9lbsa 8 oz.
Old fishermen never die, they just smell that way.

Anglerbrian, so the entrance at Etters is good to get onto the ice?  Nice Walleye bite, any Perch?

Never fished LML. Was hoping someone could tell me where the closures start on Lewis Creek and Big Arm Bay? Is it closed due to poor ice condition or spawning area?

I am heading out that way for the first time at the end of March.

Thanks.

The closure runs March 1st to May 14th for both locations. Protecting the spawning fish is the reason.

I was curious where the closure starts. Is there markers/signs somewhere?

Just want to make sure when I am there I don’t enter the restricted area.

Thanks.

The exact boundaries are listed in the Angling Guide. Use a GPS to be on the safe side.

Just wondering if you can still get on the lake at Lewis creek to retrieve a shack since this most recent snowfall?  Thanks in advance for any info.
