That was a great video!! Give the little guy an A+ for persistence..LOL  Last spring I was out fishing with my kids and we had a stringer full of trout in the pond and every time I would go to look at my stringer I noticed it was back below an undercut...thought to myself the fish were simply trying to escape so I would pull the stringer back out from the undercut and noticed a couple of my trout had real nasty gouges and I just assumed they got cut up swimming into the twigs and roots in the under cut.  So I would pull them back out from the undercut and when I did, I saw a claw pop out and attack my stringer again!  Yup it was one hungry and very aggressive mink! Ended up taking the mutilated trout off the stringer and just let him have it...we still laugh about that now!
