Pimple Size

I am new to ice fishing for walleye's and would like to know what size Sweedish Pimples you guys use.  Thanks

Depending on what size fish are in the body of water I'm fishing, I'll use anywhere from a 1.5 inch to about a 6 incher. Generally though I'll start with one about 2-3" long.

if they are finicky a size (size not inch)3 maybe 4 is good. if they are aggressive, 4-6. the best size i would say is a 4 or 5 but you need a good selection of each.

Do you guys jigs the pimples clean or add a minnow to it? If you do add a minnow what kind of minnow would be good? thanks for the help  :'(
