ice hut renoval

Question on à local lake near me theres a hut  still left on the lake if i were to safley remove the hut what are my legal rights.

Does the hut have a registration # on it ? You could always contact the MNR and say you are going to remove it. If an issue arise later you will have an incident number than can be referenced by MNR/OPP should anyone cause problems for you.
