Lake erie

Have never been, heard from local bait store (sw michigan) guys are fishing on lake erie. How far out is everyone going?
Any info would be appreciated

lot of shove ice with fresh ice around .  several machine have gone thru  very little travel except foot.would not go out unless my wife was in front of me.

Was bored at work looked at the Catawba web cam I guess everyone took off to fish today? Can’t believe how many shanty’s for a Friday. Lol.  :tipup:Mark
