If getting there is half the fun, why get out?
« on: Sep 18, 2020, 11:47 AM »
Hi, new guy here! Last season was a game changer for mobility. Rarely set up both holes and just hole hop from the drivers seat.  I don't even get out to drill until the ice hits 2 feet and the battery hits the floor.

Old 4x4 wagon with rectangular steel tubing framed in holes fitted with Catchcovers and sleeves. Kdrill holster has easy access inside or out with the perfect farm bucket receptacle.

Many, many years ago one of my friends bought a used Checker cab. He took the jump seats out and built trap doors into the floor in front of the back seat. He used flexible diesel exhaust tubing to drop through the floor. It made for some great days on the ice for him. Back in those times gasoline was probably 35 cents per gallon so letting the engine run for heat wasn't an issue.
It seems to go from zero to hero all some have to do is lie.
