Drawin' down the Creek
« on: Dec 06, 2005, 04:16 PM »
I'm gonna check out the bays at Prairie Creek tomorrow. I'm pretty sure the west side will be good. One thing thats a little concerning though is that they have been letting alot of water out of it lately. I hope they stopped, don't want to go kaploosh! Luckily it is only about 4ft deep where I will be at. I'll keep ya posted.

Less water means they won't have as many places to hide. I hope. I'm gonna fish Indian through the ice this year as well. I pulled 2 perch out of there jig fishing for saugeye that were pushin 15 inches each. Gene at the bait store said he has seen a couple of creels this year with some extremely impressive perch.

Come by the house and pick me up on the way Jigumup. If I am correct I only live a few miles away from you, Look for me next to the Post office over here in Parker, only neighbor next to it.
I am always ready to do some traveling, especially since the creek is being drawn down.
