Heading North!!!

Just saw the weather forecast for the Fort Wayne area...no highs above freezing until Sunday!!!!!!!!  I hear the crunch beneath my feet!!!  Please Lord,  I will never drink again if.....I used that one up 15 years ago!!!!!!!

No ice up this way yet, the skim ice melted monday / tuesday. that 19 on thursday should help alot.i'll let you know when its good.

Don't forget me!! I'll borrow money from my wife to get on early ice!!!! She has all the money anyway.. lol ..  New auger itchin to drill holes!!

Can't get more north than here, and still be in the state( 1/2 mile from Mi.) The small end of the lake had ice last week but it didn't stay long. Windy as heck the last few days, they are calling for lots of "lake effect" snow through Friday night, and cold temps. I"ll keep you up to date. We have been out on ice by 12/20 the last several years.
