I live in LP county and fish Pine a few times a yr and the perch there are good once you find them. I think they move around alot between N and S pine. Once you find them though, you can catch them on anything. Don't forget about Stone lake, its connected to pine, the fishing there isnt too bad either. The lake levels for both lakes have dropped over the summer, so finding them might be a little easier this year.
