Any try yellow water lately? Im giving it one last shot tommorrow..
I still fear that it has been decimated! :'(

Tried it a few weeks ago and nothing.  Gave up after 5 hours and went to Petrolia.  Caught 2 hammerhandles and 2  16" walleye.  just before and right after the sun went down was the productive time.  I think Yellow water may have winterkilled as we didn't mark anything on the flashers or even see anything on the camera and we punched 25 or so holes and checked 'em all.  The water also stunk like rotting vegetation, but that may have been methane? Maybe the F&G has some more info?  Anyway, Good Fishin' - OH

I have a buddy that claims HE fished it out. I dont know why a person would do that ???? but every time I went there last winter there was LOTS of people there...

a month ago my friend and i were there and minnows were floatin up into the ice holes and it was really rotten smelling.  we tried for half a day and moved on. the visibilitie was like 6 inces  i think its dead now  it used to be good fishin for fat rainbows
