watermans lake

Got put on watermans yesterday caught 6 or 7 perch there is about 10 to 12 inches of ice caught a couple on the jigging pole I used a silver spoon with a piece of minnow on the hook...I heard there was only one pike caught the whole day yesterday!!!

Nice job-I've been jigging at watermans for weeks and caught nothing!!...

It seems as if it has been a slow year for pike everywhere so far this year. I do know that a 16lb pike was taken from there last weekend.

Maybe just a coincidence or bit of BS. But a fisherman at Stump I was talking to said that a 16 pound Pike was taken out of Stump last weekend also. Lucky guys :tipup: :tipup: :o

No BS here, must have been a coincidence or the other guy was full of BS. I have a picture of the one I am referring to and it is without a doubt Watermans, I can see RT 44 and the island in the background clear as day.

Maybe there were 2 pike caught at both places that were 16lbs and no BS...hmmmm... ;D ;D

its been a sloww season for me as well.  Not one sign of pike for me, only picks.  I did see on facebook someone pulled a 15lb gator at wordens

I took a trap out where the perch were hitting and hit a lucky spot because on my vexilar there was a preety good size school
