Wish we had these out east. though I suppose we have enough of our own salmonids to make up for it. Nice catch!

Nice! Ok, a midwest question: Do they taste like ""other salmon"? About all I know of them is thru reading Pat McManus' books... and don't anyone say they taste like chicken....;D
