what are the directions to story lake if heading north on 69 and where do or can you park also any recent ice reports would be nice it is getting hard to find places to get on the ice so i would really like to try story? thanks for any info..........
There's a public access at Story. Just get on state road 4, Ashley, head west and there is a sign, CR 11, south. There is two parts of Story, I saw some guys fishing the closest part by the island when I went. I was at the north end thru the channel. It's a big lake.The bite has slowed down...a fisherman commented to me that three guys have been fishing it heavily. Also caught some Bass and "Jew fish" AKA Mud Bass.
