Anyone willing to share any good spots in the mid-michigan area.

I have been pinned down south because of my bowling tournaments all this winter, but I am usually in mid michigan every weekend. I dont know how it has been this year, but there are always a lot of guys out on sanford, secord, and wixom lake. Other than that I cant help. In past years they do good with crappies, and gills there

Thanks for the info. W e have been driving North every weekend and limiting on gills near Glennie. Cleaned 150+ yesterday afternoon!

LOL i know..i hear yah. just bored and giving people crap. i dont fish up that neck of the woods often..but i have done ok in a few of the lakes pikemaster has mentioned.

Already caught all the gills out of there.....try Long Lake and Hula Poppers....I hear the gills are just slammin them on the top water!

You can try Pontiac Lake.  they are getting consistent limits of gills, crappies, and walleyes out of there.
