Sliding bar in my posts

I was wondering why I now have a small sliding bar on the right hand side of all of my recent posts? :unsure:

What does the little paper and pencil symbol below it mean? :blink:

How do I get rid of them? ???

Could be your signature? Not sure where the scroll bar is? The little paper and pencil symbol is an inline edit feature.
