Pumpkin Seeds (not the Fish)

Its that time again for my annual batch of roasted pumpkin seeds. Thay make an awesome ice fishing snack and you can do them anyway you like. I have tried nacho, salt n vinegar, BBQ and they are all very tasty. I start by getting seeds cleaned off (rinse in strainer). Next I have some Popcorn seasoning ready and batter them just like fish. Set the oven on 180 degrees and slow roast for about 6 hours.
Here is how they look before roasting

I do the same thing, except my seasoning of choice is Dill Pickle...I also have started trying a few different BBQ rubs left over from the summer. works well...if you like it spicy pick up some jerk seasoning
