What is the trick to keep zippers freed up

I take it your refering to shanty zippers? Keep the inside of the shanty warm.

  Use zipper lube. Do a searh on Google and it will come up. I just oredered a stick of it.Guys using it love it for their zippers, both metal and plastic zippers. Leaves no reidue either like the sprays do.

Ditto!  I just read about this stuff and apparently it really works. 

I also am ordering a stick.
