Sad to read we have lost one of the great players from Baseball's history. I remember when he broke Babe Ruth's home run record television stations interrupted their programming and had special news release of the event. I also saw La Dogers pitching legend Don Sutton recently passed away. Thank you Hank and Don for the memories may you both rest in peace.

One of the last legitimate home run hitters, baseball turned a blind eye to the Sosa, Mc Gwire, and Bonds debacle.

Amen to that mbart he truly was the greatest HR hitter of all time and he will always be remembered so. Rest In Peace Hank.

He was also supposed to have been a genuinely nice guy, from everything I have heard.
