OK when I got it I didn't think the blades would interchange with the 7". I went out and look at them again and although the 6" wont fit the 7" the 7" does fit on the 6". While I had one of the 6" blades off I noticed it had a flaw in the blade. I got out a stone and touched it up so it is good to go. So if anyone has the 7" and want to go to the 6" your 7" blades will work. I just happen to have 3 sets of 7". I bought 2 extras when I got the auger. I had been waiting to buy some extra 6" blades and will not for now.
