I've had luck with both on glow jigs, tipped with a minnow or mousies. Specifically the lindy ice worm style, with a glow paint job.

Yes sir. I use Custom Jigs and Spins glow demon jigs tipped with spikes. Best jig I have used for catching bluegills and perch so far. Caught more fish on that than anything else I have used.

Glow jigs with minnows or spikes. Catch a lot of fish with them.

How do you guys charge them up??  And how long does the charge typically last?  I also have a few tip-up rigs with glow beads/blades I am trying to find a better way to charge for longer.

Thanks.

UV light.  The ultraviolet wave length will cause the paint to fluoresce much longer than ordinary white light.  That being said, not all fluorescent paints are equal.
