Humminbird to vex
« on: Jan 21, 2018, 07:25 PM »
Another flasher question. I've researched the heck out of this but hoping some one here could make a suggestion.
I have a ice 45, this is my 7th winter with this unit.
My first and only flasher.
It's been great, but it's getting time to get a new one.
I'm looking at the FL 18 12° transducer
And maybe the FL 20.
Anybody went from a humminbird to a vex?
Thanks
Champlain

I did that last year, I had a ice 35. I used it a half dozen times and just couldn't get to liking it, then the on/off button stopped working and I had to disconnect the battery to shut it off. Started watching you-tube videos about Vexilars, looked what I saw, picked up a Vex FL22, love it so far

Check out some sonar graphs. You'll never go back to a flasher.
