Monster Northern Pike

Video of me icing my personal best Northern Pike on a tipup.  Fish was 42.5" and landed through a 6" hole.

Lol, I knew where the gill plate was but I forgot my gaff.  Was trying to keep pressure on the fish with my hand to keep him from going back down the hole for the 2nd time.  I didn't want to just lip him and yank him up

Heck of a nice pike!  Great video.  My brother lives over in neighboring Indiana but we typically don't fish for pike.  Mostly panfish and eyes during hardwater season.  I'd like to try it sometime just because.  Lots of pike and big muskie in the county he lives in too.
