I had help getting out of the hole by fishslayer ...but if ur gonna be out there bigal ill fish behind you ..i know there will be enough candy bars around ill grab a few to get myself out

How is the walking? Much snow or slush?

The walking is good to very good on most of the lake now. I saw 7-8 inches on the main lake a couple of days ago. There is still a lot of run-off from the streams that feed the lake. Take that in account when fishing in front of the park and other areas that have run-off. Otisco is largely spring fed, so there are always a couple spots somewhere that aren't safe. I think this also contributes to its slow ice growth compared to other lakes of its size.
With the days slowly getting longer a few perch have started to be caught on the south end near the causeway. I also think there are some real monster tigers down that way.

Had a good time fishing with bigal and trapper ...bigal as usual a few small fish trapper n i limited out...had to work work very hard for them today...

but i had a great time fishing with them ,bnice to finally meet al and mike too

al on left big guy in center and i'm the good looking one .....

fishing was tough but we had a rally toward the end of the day and i did get dinner
