Got out on the ice for my first hardwater Kokanee trip of year. Working to raise awareness about ice fishing opportunities in the Evergreen state

  Good video catching these fish Kokanee never heard of them. You say they are a trout like fish. Maybe salmon. Looks like a lot of fun. I got outs yesterday caught a few crappies. The biggest was 15". The ice on this lake is 16" and very shallow lake may be another fish kill. Keep up the good work with the videos.

they are landlocked salmon. I think sockeye but may be wrong on species.

You are correct. Land locked Sockeye salmon.
