Power transducer puller? Seriously? I admit the ducer can definitely get in the way but $200 to have a machine pull it for you? You're starting to lose me there.......ezducer.com (http://ezducer.com)
-
it would save my hurting arthritic back bending over to pull the ducer but its in no way worth that price.haha
-
:woot: Beyond unbelievable ! We'll be wanting a shoelacer next.
Does not the sonar 'Box' have a handle? Makes it a bit easier for us elders, ha.
I feel the back pain too, Jay. If I kneel or even just squat for a moment, to rise requires going flat on the ice to face down and crawl to my chair for a handle, ha. Really funny to watch, ha.
Tom
ps: now I see the key fob. But still, jeez, almost two Franklins. :roflmao:

I think those boys bumped their heads or spent too much time workin with lead and paint to come up with that price. What's even more crazy is right now there's someone somewhere ordering one or waiting for it to arrive.
-
hotdog fork would be cheaper
-
it seems like a pretty cool tool initially. but certainly not worth the money.
-
for some that have physical disabilities it is a crutch to help them out enjoy the sport. ya, some lazy's will use them too!

I use a separate hole for my transducer...
Left and right holes for jigging eyes, one hole in the middle for the vex. .
The middle hole is almost outside my shack, a lot of times the bottom bar of my shack runs across the top of that hole. It's way in front to be out of the way..
<°)))>{

Separate hole for the transducer
-
Yep separate hole for my transducer too.

I guess when you are spending $1600 on an ice unit and $600 on a camera kit for the unit, $200 isn't much. Just too much for me. I'll bend over for free, keeps me in shape when I have to bend over and pay taxes.

Idahogator- Nike has your shoe-lacer already. Only$720 http://money.cnn.com/2016/03/17/technology/nike-auto-lacing-sneaker-hyperadapt/
-
ive already got two...i call them......hands ;D
-
I can't tell you how many BIG fish Ive lost trying to get the ducer out of the hole....wrap arounds etc. For small fish sure bend over and lift out but for trophy fish or fishing tournament... Ive got a couple buddys that have them, Im next.
-
For $200 you can rent a kid for the season to lug all your gear out and pull the transducer up.
-
Man I thought it was just me.
Now if it was 39.95 or something like that I could see some people buying it but no way is it gonna be me.
-
I use a separate hole. But a remote for the lx7 or 9 would be handy.
-
I admit it does seem a little spendy. I put my camera in a separate hole about 4' away from the nearest jigging hole, and I tell you when a big fish hits, they are absolutely going to get in the cable. A transducer that's just a foot or two below the machine is not a big deal, but that camera with 6 to 10 feet of cable hanging down there is a sure way to lose that fish. I fish by myself a lot and have lost a lot of nice fish because it's a total CLUSTER when I'm trying to hold onto that rod and pull the cable which is outside of the house to boot. I just don't know if the spool is big enough to hold 10 feet of camera cable.

I buy one to lower my beer when the wife shows up and to raise it back up when she leaves.
-
The guy who invented this should change it to a camera cord. That way when you get a fish on you can hit a button an feel up the camera so it doesn't tangle.
-
Great idea!
-
The guy who invented this should change it to a camera cord. feel up the camera .
I remember that phrase from high school but, a camera was not involved. :woot:  :roflmao:
