Anyone own a 8x12 mission ice shack. Thinking about buying one and would like to know how owners like them. Pros and cons

no i dont own one, saw them on CL,price looked like they came dwn on $
i bought my 8x12 from northern fabrication solutions in ossipee
its worked out great 4 me so far, and jay was great to deal with  ;)

 im sure u can find pics online of his shacks as i know other members bought shacks off him
