Has anyone made a backup handle for the ion incase of battery failure on cold days or extended trips? I live in Northern Ontario where we get lots of -30 days on the ice and even with 2 batteries find them freezing in a heated shack so left with the 2 sec cut. I was wanting to make a backup handler so that if the batteries got cold I can use the handle as backup for the rest of the day. We have a few ice fishing tournaments where you don't want to be stranded without a auger
