I went out on Saturday and got my limit but it was slow and I thought 85% power on my flasher would last the day, it didn't so I fished old school for the last 2 fish. about 20" of ice and a small ridge to cross. I did get notice that a crack opened up and I have seen a couple vehicles that dropped their front ends into it yesterday, so watch where you are going. the ice is a bit rough from breaking up and freezing but that cleared up a couple mile out. Snow had blown in in stops that I got hung up in when I was driving to slow, but got out of. Buddies did real good with a bunch of masters and a pile of eaters all on jigs in the spot they stayed in all day. I fished with them for an hour but didn't mark there so I moved.
