Max Lake (Turtle Mountain Provincial Park)

Has anyone done some ice fishing there and how has it been?  I have fished there in the summer and the only thing we have caught is perch.  Small perch!  Is there walleye in there and where do you find them?  Any help would be appreciated!

Yes it does.  But since I've joined, I know have 6.  They are 2 Channels Cats (both 37"), 2 Walleye (28.5" each), 1 bull head (14"), & 1 Raibow Trout (20").  This is nothing compared to some of the well seasoned anglers on here!  I don't think it is skill as much as lucky!!!!
