whats your fav 5 perch lures?

just wondering what your favorite pearch lures ( sizes) are.  in order and size.  really hopeing to be able to find the perch this year and when i find them i need to know what to use.

1. green/yellow demon size 12.
2.Chartreuse fat boy size 10
3.1/4 oz. gold/prism gold kasty
4. 1.5" tube jig pumpkin pepper
5. Live minnow on a light wire mustad size 12 hook

Here are a few that work for me, and I buy this up in bulk every year

1) Marmish Maggot
2) Hali Sukklah (minnow head tipped)
3) Northland eye dropper (minnow head tipped)

my back up three are
4) Genz Bug (maggot tipped)
5) Froste jig (minnoe head tipped)
6) Buckshot soon (with dropper, minnow head tipped)

Have my most luck on these in all colors, haven't realy needed to try other jigs yet.  8)

Small is the way to go.
And all are tipped with spikes.

1 Forage Minnow 1/16, glow colors
2 pink jig with black or white maribou tail, hand tied 1/80
3 gold Phoebe 1/16, 1/8
4 gold Wolfram jig 3mm
5 Hali, smallest, perch finish.
Usually tipped with spikes, though sometimes I'll deadstick with a fathead jig combo while jigging.

Hali-man; I think i got the idea from you, or at least the replacement chain idea, anyway. First time I tried it, I was setting the depth on a slip bobber to dead-stick while i jigged for eve. gills. Saw a mark under the Phoebe so I pulled up another foot to make sure I was high enough, dropped her in; down went the bobber up came the rod, solid hook-up resulting in a 13'' perch. Gotta love it! Wish I could go on and say I kept slamming them, but it was really too cold to run the slip rig and it kept freezing. A super action spoon is a good change of pace in your arsenal, IMO.

number one perch lure is smallest size of swedish pimple gold or silver with 3inch treble hook trailer and small shiner or perch eye

1. deadstick rod- high low rig with 2 eagle claw orange walleye hooks size 8 with minnows.

2. forge minnow jigging sppon with a minnow head

3. any of the smaller jigging raps, fished bare or with maggots on the trebble

4. 2 inch swedish pimple with a 4 inch dropper to a minnow

5. glow 1/32 ounce tear drop with maggots packed on

Up eye gold oversize egg hook with a copper or bronze washer epoxied to the shank, and coated with clear epoxy after adding a glo in the dark spot from HT enterprises.
Shrimp imitation I tie on size 18 and 20 Mustad wet fly hooks: use olive, brown and a pinch of orange dubbing, gold wire and a coupla turns o lead for the underbody to get it down. Pick out legs with a dubbing needle, and twitch the snot out of it when fishing
Chunk of defrosted crayfish tail from this past summer.
And when all else fails...Perch eye!

I use a Swedish pimple, with a little black fly tied on about a foot above it. Tipped with spikes or eyes.

Many times they prefer a dead minnow over a live one. Specially a section of dead minnow with the guts hangin out.
