Been trying to reach Eskimo customer service all day to get some help with my auger.
Latest attempt..55 minutes on hold and still counting....anyone have any other way to get ahold of these people???

I had the same issue every time I tried calling. When I first tried emailing them I got a response within 48 hrs, now its been 5 days without a response. Best to stay on hold and talk with whoever answers and hopefully they have a better answer for you than I got.

Tough to get a hold of but once get off hold they are good to deal with..
