Elmore inquiry, hows it comparing?

Would anyone be willing to share the status of lake elmore? Locked up? Still a Ways off? Almost everywhere is hit or miss right now, but I was on 6" of ice this weekend on some smaller ponds. Im hoping it's shallow basin profile will allow for a quick freeze? Any info is appreciated. It's a long drive just to swish the spud around in open water

I know someone who was there Friday or thereabouts, reportedly 6” ice. Haven’t been on it nor would I waste my time. There are some nice pike there if you’re willing to wait them out.
