hopefully fishing a new pond tomorow. its shallow, less than 7 feet. perch are eating minnows(fatheads), and we dont use or have tip downs. water is dirty, whats your go to for plastics and colors?

Bottom thump/noisy/flashy. Sound/activity can draw them over, color could then be irrelevant but Glow or bright might not hurt
-
Firetiger, gold, orange.
-
Chartreuse = perch
-
Pound bottom with something UV and rattle. Make noise and call them in. If it were me I'd go for a 1/8th UV orage buckshot flutter spoon and a minnow head. If it's a big place, punch holes and do some search and destroy. If it's small or crowded, set up and wait for schools to come through.

Make some noise rattle baits...chains ...etc ...then glow ...but always scent ..if using spikes ooze scent on at least one or more ...waxies just cant be hooked clean .
-
Been doing good with yellow 1/32oz jig heads with minnows up through the jaw so it lays horizontal
-
Hot pink and glow
-
Perch color to try to match what they eat, at that depth you should not need glow in the dark.
