I've got Otter cottage that I use as a one man and I love it.  I got rid of the bench which was most of the weight and use a directors chair.  If I want I can use it as a 2 man but I'm 6'5" 250 Lbs. and it's pretty tight with another person.

I love my Otter Cabin. I have the Pro XT900 Cabin model and it's been great.  Holds up well in strong winds and is easy on the propane.  Last weekend we fished about 11 hours and only used a little more than one 1lb green tank in my Portable Buddy.
