Curious what people are saying or have any reviews of the 2B rods and what they think of them?

At least no one is complaining about them, so that is good.  I see people buying them, when I'm at the local fishing store.  So the rods are leaving the shelves.

I have the Elliott Evolution (same company-different series) 42" UL. It looks and feels good. Just haven't had much of a chance to use it yet.

I never heard of this brand until seeing this thread.  I looked them up and now I know why I've never heard of or seen them anywhere in Utah - their cost.  WOW - there're very pricey.  And the Elliot versions are even more so.  I think I'll just stick with my Fish 13 Tickle Sticks (UL) for perch & Abu-Garcia Veritas (ML) for trout/kokanee.  For what the 2Bs cost, I can't imagine that they would be anything but excellent.   ;D

@Greenbackhunter what’s you thoughts and opinions on the Prospector XL? How does it perform?

I bought the Savant for this season and have been happy with it so far. I like the price point of the 2B compared to the TUCR, JT Custom rods and the quality seems comparable

I've had the Deadstick, Fast Draw, Prospector XL, Elliot Evolution 45MXF, and Spoon Daddy.  Decent sticks for the price if bought on sale.  Spoon daddy is one my son likes.  I went away from them after a negative customer service experience with the company and warranty.  For the cost/quality/customer service I choose to go with JT and TUCR.

Pretty typical for a custom made rod.
50-90$ all depends what the blank is? Ballpark for what I sell mine for.

42 inch ultralight sounds like a nice set up.

The Prospector XL is my first 2B rod. I have 3 Elliott rods. One UL and L Evolution and 1 Paragon. All great rods but was looking for something to pair up with bigger whitebass, wiper and walleye so that’s why I got the 2B Prospector XL. I noticed FishUSA has 2B ice rods on sale. I got the Prospector XL pricematched by Scheels with a online order.
