Great pics Twintrades!

I was just having a conversation with the wife when I can take Pippy (Piper) out fishing. She's only 13 months - still a bait fish. Here is my son, now 7, out the first time this year. No snow = he can pull the sled

I'm thinking maybe I should get him some cleats. In my Profile pic, he was 4 years old.

Dosnt it feel great to take your kid out ? I didnt catch nearly enuf fish but time just flew by. And who cares about fish its the time out with them. Plan on taking her out again asap.

You bet! Besides, wife lets me get out more when I take them! I have 4 w/ #5 on the way. Oldest is 12 (Daughter), she doesn't care to go, but my 10yo daughter will go. I don't get much fishing in to start, but it's not about me anymore. They usually wander around playing eventually and then I can fish.

What a bunch of good lookin kids. Looks like they are all having some fun, too! Jay your littlest one with the fish is my favorite. There is gonna be a bit of compitition there in years to come I think. Here's My oldest, Matthew, just turned 10 on the 7th. It seems sometimes they grow too fast.......

My daughter's 3rd birthday and her 1st bass. She likes to hook them, reel them in and then leaves them laying on the ground for dad to deal with it.

PK Lures, with the blessings of the site moderators, will be choosing five pictures from all of the kid fishing pics submitted on this thread between January 1st and January 31st, and sending "kid kits" of PK Lures to the winners. Estimated prize value is $20.00 per kit, and it will be from our vertical jigging line in the hopes the kids can use it before the ice comes off the lakes. We'll announce the winners in the beginning of February, and get in touch to send prizes. Get your pics up, and be proud that your kid is on the ice instead of playing their PS3!!

My daughters first time ice fishing! She has her chair, snack and hot chocolate, she is ready!! And her first ever fish a 23.5 inch (almost master angler) freshwater drum!!

This is what "Grumpy Old Men" looked like when they were 4 and 5.

This actually hooked them for life! One of the happiest days of my life for sure.

My daughter last weekend. We were having her 9th birthday ice fishing party. A lot of perch and two crappie were caught that day. But the best was she had a blast on her birthday.
