Little guys first pounder he was so excited he wouldn't go to bed until they were all filleted he just stayed out in garage holding his fish saving it for last

. That in itself is fantastic - Keep them little ones 'hooked' as they make the best fishing partners (and you get to keep more fish

I don't have kids of my own yet... but as a teacher, I really enjoyed all of these! And I thank all of you for introducing your children to fishing, especially at such young ages... what a great lifelong hobby!

Looking through these pics of the kids, I did not see ONE frown........Keep the kids smiling!!!

They are very cool when they are little. Gotta drop em off in the woods once they start getting testy though.

Theres usually a mother-less one (roadkill) on the side of the road in summer at some point, and sometimes we take them in till they can fend for themselves. Then they go their own way into the woods.

He's only 4, but already outfishes his old man most days! Loves panfishin

He's got this icefishing thing figured out.

Here is one from this summer. He caught 20+ that size in just over an hour
