wo dont have any its beem 80 degrese this week its all open warter till probaly january at least we went till mid march in my neck of the woods we had 2 ft till the end of feb. then it went down hill

none here in western new york either but im on the look out its supposed to snow this weekend but dont know if the ice will have time to form maybe next time lol hey bayonne whats your neck of the woods?

well another night without ice but it was 34 when i woke up this morning getting closer to the magic mark and they are still calling for snow on sunday and alot of us from here will be camping out this weekend at the trout derby wish we had a IS or MFF flag to raise oh well maybe next year

Good Morning Folks, just sitting here drinking some coffee watching it rain. 221 days until the start of Ice Fishing in Maine. If Worthings goes to float for their smelt shacks then I heard he might open up the week after Hunting season which is the end of November early December.

Low level lakes around here are now open

High level good ice for about 6 weeks more (hopefully)

Give it up, guys. It's Spring. Of course yesterday was 32 degrees and it snowed all weekend. Some parts of Michigan had six inches or more. Maybe I did put the ice gear away too soon.

Man you guys must be from eastern Canada. Probably Ontario or Manitoba. We don't drive this late on our lakes here in BC. If we do we build ramps from shore out to good ice. That ice is not for driving on boys but good for walking on for sure. Sorry I won't be getting up to high elevation lakes this year but a buddy likes to go and catch some bows. He has gotten 8 months on ice last year fishing up higher. I will see if he can take his camera next time he goes. Doesn't have a digital though but I can scan.

Saw a minivan from Indiana on the Thrway here in NYS yesterday. It had snow on the rear bumper.

heck sunday i saw alot of vehicals with snow on them it was a long night camping but fun love the snow this is what it looked like sunday morning most places got alot more 3"-5"

unfortunatly it was 42 this morning when i woke up
