anyone know where to get large minnows around Riverton, Wy

I'd contact Rocky Mountain Sports in Riverton- They would know who sells them around there!!!

Haven't used him but there flyers were posted around Lander minnows for sale. Specifically states Bull lake minnows.

BK Shoreline Bar sometimes has large minnows but the cost is usually high, Rocky Mtn. Sports in Riverton has them from time to time, Call ahead as they usually sell out fast. Suppes on Burma Road has them occasionally, and it might be worth contacting Gantenbein out near Ocean Lake, the one know as big, little Gantenbein died years ago, but I think big is still alive and still sells minnows (not completely sure on him).
