Me and a buddy went out on the 5th (without gear) and sweetwater side of Bishops Pointhad 4" on her but open on the other end. There were 2 guys with tipups who said they had caught a few nice trout (the fish have been pretty healthy there the last year), but no walleye as of then. My buddy went out and braved the wind yesterday 12/15, and all he got was blown around all day - but there was 7-10 inches on sweetwater side and iced over on the other.
Been itching to get out, especially after checking out some early pics - hopefully this next week
