10" of Snow!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far this week we have 10 inches of snow and temps in the teens for the next 72 hrs. Yes, I am bragging, but also just letting everyone know so we can compare temps.

Here we have a skiff of snow but it is only 18 degrees out  . Highs are going to be in the twenties and thirty's until next week then we are suppose to be in the 50's.

We've been having flurries for the past few days which has melted, but had a couple inches last night that's still on the ground.  Hasn't been real cold yet though.

Getting to the low 40's not getting higher than 50 out. And send some of that weather to NE!!!! Snow & ICE rule!!!!!

Snow is BAD!!! Cold and clear is GOOD, especially when teamed with light winds.
We are getting the cold and clear part, but it is going to be breezy.



That should help freeze up some more of our larger ponds and lakes.

I do agree that snow is bad after the ice has started, but right now it's doing a great job of bringing the water temps where they need to be.

I didn't get out much at all this summer (too busy doing stuff around the house.  )
This was my best one of the summer. Just a baby.

57 out right now here in Albany NY, the long term shows our first chance of a frost coming next week.
