36 Volt DeWalt drill

I've been thinking about picking up a 36 volt DeWalt drill on Craig's list for 275. Anyone have an opinion on this drill. I would be using it with my 6"Mora. It's a big drill but be easier to transport than my gas auger.

For $299 @ Home Depot The Milwaukee Fuel w/2 4amp batteries is a much better unit. Some times you also get a free impact driver in the special kit.
