awesome day on Highfield

myself,spoxic,and skcowman headed out to highfield yesterday. Well the day was real good for me,I iced 5 pike and lost 5 or 6, Spoxic well he got 3 and lost 5 and poor skcow many wouldnt listen again and only caught 1.
go to taxidermy, mount it on the wall

i could tell you were highfeild is as i shook the blind fold off when i was in the back seat with out them noticing lol   so much for a secret lake lol

highfield stinks compaired to aikens dam. You want pike i'll give you pike. fish the swiftcurrent creek there is a ton of pike in there as well.

those hooks are just not humane, with those hooks you could never catch and release, but yah I guess you would have to "CATCH" first......

firecat ... i was looking trough my tackle box that i dont use in the winter and i found half a dozen of them things !!!!! guess your not the only one lol  (we will have to slip some into bruces tackle box on day)

I never would "run out of quick strike rigs" I always have at least 15 on hand when I fish thats why I make em.....

Maybe not illegal, but once barbless hooks are mandatory in Sk, they will be totally useless.
And that won't be soon enough IMO.
