Plenty of ice in the Mississippi. Good 5-6" caught lots of blue gill no keepers though

Fished O'learys from 2-5.  Got a couple dozen midget gills and one 8 inch smally.  Only kept the last 2 gills for the barn cats.

Saw a guy with fishing gear hopping the fence by the ice harbor.  DNR fishing report says that there are record size gills in pool 12 this year.  I would like to know where.

I must have walked off right as you walked on. I fished o'learys from 10 till 2. Lots of small gills but better than not catching any at all. Lots of people are saying zollicoffers is producing fish . I just hate the walk

I have heard about Zollicoffers.  and most complain about the access.  Where is it and how do you get there?

Its near mud lake.  30 min walk is a little much for me when your dragging gear behind. Fishing at the boat docks there actually pretty good tho
