Ice reports from NW?
« on: Feb 07, 2020, 10:04 AM »
Hi folks - planning on heading up to the NW tomorrow. I was up in Goshen last weekend on 7-ish inches (mostly white) and just wondering how it held up during the week. I know it's supposed to get down in the teens overnight tonight. It's a hike for me so any info is appreciated, here or in a PM. Thanks.

Thanks for the replies guys. I plan on calling Newbury Archery when I get out of work today. Pretty confident I'll find something fish-able.

The guy at Newbury Archery is going to poke some holes and call me back with an ice report. Now that's a great bait shop!

I really appreciate the guy checking the ice for me. That was a first. Anywho, he reported about 6" on Tyler about 100 feet from the launch, and assumes it's thinner towards the middle.

Wow that’s impressive, you best get in to his place and dump some coins on bait and gear.
