Went out there yesterday. It filled up fast! Unfortunately it's been hit pretty hard. Lots of small crappie. Managed about 25 between 2 of us. The early bite was decent, most came on Maki plastics. Some on small shiners. After the initial bite, they were real finicky. Had to snip the tails on the shiners or they would spook off. It was worth going but I'm not sure how many more trips I'll take down there. It used to be an awesome fishery.
