cusk and whites are good, but I'd have to say walleye is in a league of its own though!

Crappie...........Gods answer to making a warm water fish as beautiful as a trout. Pretty good table fare too. My personal lake favorites are crappie, salmon, pike and walleyes. Perch is in a class all by itself and I like the whites too.

I believe this was discussed in a past thread.  But the white perch (maybe a misnomer) is a member of the bass family  Here is a link to some good info for anyone interested.
