;D The fishing for bass would be terrible unless they grow legs and ran across from Boundary dam which has bass in it and it is wide open water from one end to the other as of today; Also the Rafferty dam,Which has no bass; has open water as well and yes unfortunately; There is a few floating shacks! Please use extreme caution on either of these.

both rafferty and boundary have warnings out to stay off ice this year.  drove over the causeway the other day and you can still fish from the rocks.  might actually be a good idea on sunday..hmmmm

Boundary is wide open and people are fishing in thier boats, Rafferty by the boat launch is froze in and they are driving out to the shacks as of yesterday; The thing you must remember is that the sask. water shed has banned ONLY the river from rafferty dam and not the dam itself but around the causway there will be open water since there is a flow of water through the release gates year round so as there is no trouble next spring like we had last year.
Ice by the boat launch on rafferty has no snow ,so be very careful on this bare ice.....
