Where to get a Jiffy tuned up in Saskatoon

At home with very basic tool kit. Sorry for smart ass reply but don’t trust mechanics much and in reality it’s very simple

 agreed.  even if you don't feel comfortable taking apart a carb just order a new one for $20 off amazon or ebay, a spark plug and fuel line.  that's all any small engine shop will do for a tune-up.
