South west Iowa ice

Ice on ponds and smaller lakes 4-5" but be careful because where the wind hit its 2-3" so a spud bar and drill often is a good plan. The fishing was excellent . I landed a few bass between 3-5 lbs and a limit of 9-11" gills and 3 catfish 4-6lbs it was a great day to be on ice
